Reformer Pilates Classes
Our reformer studio is home to just 11 beds, keeping classes small enough that your instructor can give careful, personalised attention to every single person in the room.
Formula

Fierce
Our strength style reformer class. Incorporating either our ankle weights, power rings, resistance bands and dumbbells.
Form
Our Signature reformer class, we guide you through smooth controlled movements, finding correct technique, lots of layering and seamlessly flowing from one movement to the next
Strength and Conditioning Classes
We know lifting weights can be daunting. That's exactly why we do this differently. Our strength and conditioning classes are held in our brand new strength room, with a personal, supportive experience that makes sure you feel safe, educated and empowered.
Fuse
FUSE is where fun meets fiery. No two Saturdays are the same, from creative combo’s to team challenges, it’s all about moving together and keeping the energy high.
Forge
FORGE focuses on upper body strength through progressive push and pull patterns, with an emphasis on control, stability, and efficient movement.
Forza
FORZA is a lower body–focused strength class built around controlled lifting and progressive loading.
Hot Mat Pilates Classes
Flow. Move. Sweat. Our hot mat Pilates classes turn up the heat - literally. A dynamic full-body practice that challenges your strength, opens your body and clears your mind.
Functional
This is a strength based class where we will use heavier kettlebells (6, 8, 10kg) with precise and functional moves to find extra strength.
Format
A formatted class of 3 different blocks. In each block we work through 2 rounds of 6 strong Pilates style movements in timed sequences of 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off.
Flow
A series of seamlessly flowing Pilates movements that will work on building deep inner core strength, stabilising muscles, balance and endurance.
Yoga and Heated Stretch
Our yoga and heated stretch classes are where you come to unwind, restore and reconnect with your breath, your body and yourself.
