Membership Terms & Conditions
Classes must be paid in advance of each class attended.
Payments are to be made at the time of the booking.
Payment for classes will be made via Momence.
Intro offers are available to new clients only. This offer may only be purchased once. The offer is non-refundable nor transferable.
All members are limited to attending one reformer and one hot room class only per day. Hedging bookings by booking more than one class per day in one room and then cancelling the unwanted class is not allowed and can lead to membership termination.
Memberships are billed fortnightly and have a minimum term of 8 weeks (4 autopays). We require 2 weeks' notice before your next auto-renew payment is taken, in writing to hello@formationstudio.com.au to cancel your membership.
Weekly autopay memberships can be suspended for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 6 weeks per year. Membership freezes must be requested via email and please allow 72 hours for freezes to be processed.
All casual pass packs will activate from the date of your first class booked.
All purchases are final and Formation Studio does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.All passes and memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.
Formation Studio Co reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time for any reason. All monies owed via membership pre-payment will be returned in the event of this.
Clients must be a minimum of 16 years old to attend all Formation Studio classes. If the client is under 18 years they must attend with a parent or guardian.
Class Cancellation Policy
Morning Classes
For all morning classes, our cancellation policy cutoff is strictly 8pm the night before. This allows people who are on the waitlist to know that they are in the class before they go to bed.
Afternoon & Evening Classes
Our cancellation policy is strictly 4 hours before class commences to give people on the waitlist enough time to organise themselves for the class.
For cancellations made after the cancellation cut-off times, you will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. In the event of a no-show, your pass will be forfeited or you will be charged a $15 no-show fee (for unlimited members). All cancellation charges will be charged automatically through Momence.
Cancellations will not be accepted via phone, text, email or social media, and must be made via the Momence app or your online Momence profile
In the event that you cancel before the cancellation cutoff and you have a class pass, the pass will be credited back to your account.
Formation Studio reserves the right to cancel classes if there are fewer than 2 people booked into the class. On the rare event that the class is cancelled by us, you will have the class credited back to your account.
Please do your best to follow the cancellation policy windows. We have tried to make the policy fair for everyone to enable you all to be able to make as many classes as possible with us. We understand that life does happen sometimes so we have set it so that you will get one free pass before you are charged a cancellation charge per month. The life happens pass does not apply to no-shows.
