Our strength style reformer class. Incorporating either our ankle weights, power rings, resistance bands and dumbbells. Dynamic reformer movements focusing on movements that may include heavier springs, faster pace, progressive overload, super-setting muscles, and advanced pilates exercises. Designed to escalate the heart rate, tone the muscles and bring on the sweat.

We recommend you attend a FORM class prior to this class.
The perfect pairing.
The first 30 minutes we will challenge ourselves with powerful movements from our FIERCE class, think dynamic movements with added weights.
We then will flow into a blissful 15 minutes of deep belly, meditative breathing combined with stretches using the reformer, enabling us to find that extra length and flexibility through our muscles.
You will leave feeling strong, centered, and grounded.
Please consult us prior to attending this class if you are pregnant or have any injuries or concerns.
Heated Stretch
Our beautiful Yin class. Our slowest form of yoga and deepest form of stretch. A complement to athletes or those with rigidity that prevents mobility and range of movement. Yin allows us to nurture and replenish our nervous system, slow down our heart rate and soften the mind.
Our Yin classes are heated between 22-24 degrees. Suitable for all levels.
Please consult us prior to attending these classes if you have any injuries or concerns.
Fluidity is a mobility class that will educate you and change the way you can move your body. There will be explanations of the why behind each movement. These movements will allow your joints to move more freely with your surrounding tissues creating smoother moves. This will of course trickle into your pilates and yoga practice to get stronger & more flexible.
Finishing the class with some deep stretches where we hold and breathe. A delicious class that your body will thank you for!
Mat Pilates & Hot Mat Pilates
A series of seamlessly flowing Pilates movements that will work on building deep inner core strength, stabilising muscles, balance and endurance. Lots of layering, time under tension and seamless transitions from one exercise to the next. This is our hottest class (temperature and deep slow burns) so you are guaranteed muscle shakes and sweat dripping.
Our Flow class is set at a temperature of 34-36 degrees.

A formatted class of 3 different blocks. In each block we work through 2 rounds of 6 strong Pilates style movements in timed sequences of 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off. These are still low impact movements, however we incorporate various props (dumbbells, ankle weights, resistance bands, yoga blocks) into the exercise to build on our strength and endurance.
