We have loved having so many new/training instructors in the studio that we decided to create an exciting, interactive workshop for you!

We created this workshop so you can see how we build purpose throughout our classes, how we find ways to super-set muscles and flow seamlessly through transitions.

• SUNDAY JUNE 30TH.
• MAT 9:30AM, REFORMER 11:15AM.
• Price $69 per session, or DM for a combo discount.
Limited to 22 spots in each.
