Hot Room info
Flow. Move. Sweat. Our hot mat Pilates classes turn up the heat - literally. A dynamic full-body practice that challenges your strength, opens your body and clears your mind.
What to bring: A towel and water bottle are essential for the hot room. Please note that a full-sized towel is required for our Forte classes.
Reformer Room info
Our reformer studio is home to just 11 beds, keeping classes small enough that your instructor can give careful, personalised attention to every single person in the room.
What to wear: Grip socks are required for reformer classes. Don't have a pair? No worries - we have them available for purchase at the studio.
Strength Room info
We know lifting weights can be daunting. That's exactly why we do this differently. Our strength and conditioning classes are held in our brand new strength room, with a personal, supportive experience that makes sure you feel safe, educated and empowered.
What to bring: Wear sneakers and don't forget to bring a towel and water bottle with you.
Recovery Room info
The best training programs aren't just about how hard you push, they're about how well you recover. Our recovery room pairs a traditional sauna with a cold plunge, working together to reduce inflammation, ease soreness and get your body ready for whatever comes next.
