Mentoring 1-1 or 2-1 for Pilates Instructors

Are you looking to become a more experienced and refined Pilates Instructor?

Dive deeper on your knowledge, refine your teaching skills and feel confident in your class programs.

Some topics that we can work on but not limited to:

Understand Classical/Contemporary class programs
Understanding how to program effectively and intentionally
Cuing and communicating - both with systems you can follow so that you are clear and creative
Understanding seamlessly flowing your mat classes or utilising spring options in reformer to your full advantage
Looking for someone that will listen to you and collaboratively work through ways to become an incredible instructor

Packages

We only offer a minimum 2 pack option for mentoring - The first session we will dive into what you are struggling with, and start to hone in on some of the systems we have developed that we can use. The second session we are able to get into the nitty gritty of creating some lasting change in your teaching skills so you can begin to lead some next level classes.
